These terms apply to your use of Nexa Bet (“we”, “us”), operated by Nexa Bet. By creating an account or placing a bet you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or bet.
- You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets on them voided.
- The details you give us must be true and your own. We may ask for identification at any time.
2. Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud or money laundering.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits start from ₵200.00 and must come from a Mobile Money account in your own name.
- Withdrawals start from ₵5.00 and are paid to a Mobile Money account in your own name.
- Money requested for withdrawal is held from your balance until it is paid or declined.
- We may run checks before paying a withdrawal and may withhold funds linked to fraud or abuse.
4. Placing bets
- Stakes range from ₵1.00 to ₵50,000.00 per bet, with up to 30 selections and one selection per match.
- A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed in your betslip and appears in My Bets.
- Odds can change at any time. If they change before your bet is accepted, you'll be shown the new odds first.
- The most any single bet can pay out is ₵1,000,000.00.
- Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted.
5. Settlement
- Football markets are settled on the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties do not count unless a market says so.
- Half-time markets are settled on the score at half-time.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, selections on it are void and count at odds of 1.00.
- “Draw No Bet” selections are void if the match is drawn.
- A multiple bet wins only if every non-void selection wins.
- We settle using official results. If a result is later corrected, we may resettle affected bets.
6. Errors
If a bet is accepted at odds or on terms that are obviously wrong (for example a technical error, or odds offered after an event has started), we may void the bet or settle it at the correct odds.
7. Booking codes
Booking codes copy selections, not odds. When a code is loaded, the current odds apply, and selections on matches that have started are left out.
8. Responsible gaming

9. Privacy
We use your personal details to run your account, process payments, meet our legal obligations and keep the service secure. We do not sell your details.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from that date.
